No referral is needed. Just contact us to schedule an initial assessment.
Is this only for seniors?
While many participants are older adults, this program is open to any adult who could benefit from guided fitness support.
How often will I come in?
That depends on your goals! We’ll design a schedule that works with your needs and pace.
How much does the Assisted Fitness program cost?
The initial assessment is $60, and ongoing sessions (2–3 times per week) are $100 per month. Prices are subject to change. Contact us to learn more or schedule your first visit.
