Commonly Asked Questions

  • Is Assisted Fitness the same as physical therapy?

Not quite. While both improve physical function, Assisted Fitness focuses on long-term strength, stamina, and fall prevention through guided exercise—not injury treatment.

  • Do I need a referral to join?

No referral is needed. Just contact us to schedule an initial assessment.

  • Is this only for seniors?

While many participants are older adults, this program is open to any adult who could benefit from guided fitness support.

  • How often will I come in?

That depends on your goals! We’ll design a schedule that works with your needs and pace.

  • How much does the Assisted Fitness program cost?

The initial assessment is $60, and ongoing sessions (2–3 times per week) are $100 per month. Prices are subject to change. Contact us to learn more or schedule your first visit.
